CraniumConnect also collects information about the fact whether you open the emails sent by CraniumConnect, in order to evaluate the effectivity of our communication, as well as the effectivity of days and times of our communication. Our legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in evaluating the effectivity of our communication and/or our marketing strategy.

  • Each of our service providers, in case such information is relevant to the implementation of such services.

CraniumConnect may also share your personal data with third parties as part of a possible selling or restructuring of the company. Possibly CraniumConnect needs to share your personal data with a watchdog or otherwise, to comply with applicable legislation or a legal procedure, or if CraniumConnect reasonably believes that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with legal or regulatory procedures, a court order or other legal process.

Locations where your personal data may be processed.

When your personal data is collected, it is transferred to MailChimp (who processes the relevant data on our behalf) and kept within the U.S.A. However, CraniumConnect may charge a reasonable fee if your request for access is obviously unjustified or disproportionate. In such circumstances CraniumConnect may also refuse to honor the request.

What we need from you

Possibly CraniumConnect needs to ask for specific information from you in order to help us to confirm your identity and to guarantee your right to access the data (or to exercise your other rights). This is another suitable safety measure to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to people who are not entitled to it.
